We take over the acquisition of suitable tenants and users of the property. The aim is to offer future tenants in the health centre a comprehensive and coordinated range of services and to work out the benefits of close cooperation door to door. The classic medical care provided by doctors in private practice is supplemented by various non-physician services relating to health, care, fitness and wellness. Within this framework, pharmacies, opticians, care service providers, advice centres, fitness and wellness providers etc. are taken into account in the acquisition process.
We draw up the rental agreements, which - depending on the operator model - can also include a service component. As a rule, the rental agreements have a term of 10 years or more and thus ensure the long-term use of the centre as a health location.
